Hi, I am about to start the Hcg diet and I was going to purchase Now Foods ultra B12 5000 but I noticed it has cinnamon bark oil in it. Will this hinder my weight lose ? Since I know oil isn't permitted on the protocol. also should I by alcohol free b12 or does it even matter?

@jhicks0305 You have to have a Rx from a Dr if you buy hCG in the US, but not outside the US. Yes, you are buying hCG from overseas, but it is the SAME stuff we get here in the states with a different brand name. Quality standards are just as high, if not more so (made in Germany, Switzerland, etc.) alldaychemist is the best online pharmacy I have found. As far as getting the weight off, and keeping it off... that is entirely up to you and your willingness to live a healthy lifestyle. :)

@jhicks0305 Start with reading "Weight Loss Apocalypse" by Robin Woodall. Also, the original hCG protocol written by Dr. Simeons called "Pounds and Inches" has all the approved foods. Be very careful when you do a search online for the hCG diet, becasue many people have added foods to the food list that were not originally there. Those books will explain the diet in great detail and well worth reading for your overall success! :) Good luck.

I was going to buy the drops but couldn't find any that weren't homeopathic, I then stumbled onto your vlogs. I am still nervous but I am so ready. I also have PCOS and you have given me hope!! @ElysaLAbare You need to watch this vlog on a computer and not a phone. I list all of the information along the way in text boxes, and for some reason they do not appear when you watch YT vlogs on a phone or iPad type device. I list all of that stuff.

3 ampules are needed for a 40-45 day round. You remix every 15 days. Good luck! :)

afyer ordering the hcg. say you dont want to use the b12 and silver. you can use vodka. how much percent alcohol does it have to be? and also would mixing be the same? would i take the vodka and put it directly in the hcg then just move that to the amber bottle?

@ExxclusiiveTushiie I would still recommend using b-12, but substitute 70 proof vodka for the colloidal silver. Mixing is the same: 3 ml vodka to 12 ml of the b-12. Alcohol absorbs more rapidly than colloidal silver, so 5 minutes under the tongue would be enough time for HCG to be absorbed (which is a bonus). Good luck.

It is one of the only videos I could find that not only tells how to mix the sublingual HCG, but you told us where to buy the HCG and the mixing kit. here is a step by step: do 1 vial at a time!!! 1) remove 1ml of air from your hcg vial 2) take 1ml of silver and add to hcg 3) roll the hcg vial till it disolves 4) add back 1ml of air into hcg vial 5) then remove all hcg from vial and add to brown bottle 6) now add 2ml of silver to brown vial containing hcg 7) now add 12ml of B-12 to brown vial Your Done :) now remember this was 1 vial so it's like for about 15 days

@caisloozin1 That is for 3 vials...if you look closely, they clump together packages of HCG sometimes, and they have upped the price on most of their HCG to $15 a vial. It was $11 when I made this vlog a year ago.

I received my HCG today and noticed the package i bought says injection, I did not want to use injection does this matter can I still use it for sublingual. @kpiscatelli Sorry, I just saw this message. Yes, using "for injection only" HCG is the only kind of Rx HCG there is... and it is just fine sublingually. I do injections now, but sublingual is a great method as well. :-)

@thaowendy The colloidal silver and b-12 will last you at least 1 long round of 45 days (or more). One kit is all you need.

@Briterz No... for potency reasons, it is best to mix only 15 days worth (one vial at a time). That way the HCG will stay fresh. HCG only stays potent for about 25 to 30 days once it is mixed.

@joeyradiogirl Yes, you heard me correctly... alcohol can be used instead of colloidal silver for those people who may be worried about the negative press from using colloidal silver. The alcohol ( 70 proof of vodka) mix is such a minuscule amount, it has zero effect on the body, but keeps the HCG stable and contaminant free. All homeopathic hCG contains alcohol... did you know that? That is how the body absorbs it quickly.

Hi Jenny Can you tell me if you have to take the "break" between rounds? I have been told if you do the injections then you must do P3 after 43 days, but if doing sublingual I was told that you can stay on P2 untill you are at goal weight, then do P3. What do you do? Thanks
