there you see the reason there are so many blacks in the NHL now. The league has an unofficial policy to draft blacks for the pros , regardless, because they tried to expand into the southern U.S. market., and that is one reason fighting will never be banned from the game. It helps sell tickets. The league does not draft the best players possible. It drafts by politics, by race, by marketing, etc.
