it would scare me to death to sleep in that house. to walk across the kitchen floor, or go down the stairs to the wine cellar, because that was her path to her death..
I have to admit, i too would have a hard time sleeping there knowing the horrible things that took place in that basement....It does look really nice though.
How could someone move into this house, after such a terrible thing happened. I would be sick to my stomach just going in the house. And thinking about poor little JonBenet.=(
Wow those Ramseys were rich. Can you send the video how the house looked then when the little girl (I don't know her name) was murdered? Does any pictue exist?
i think it was her parents who did it or had something to do with it because people know she was found on the 26th of december so thats the day they think she died but on her gravestone, it says she died on the 25th and her parents were the ones incharge of her funeral. So they obviously knew she died on christmas, the day before she was found dead.
@hellokitty224100 the people wh do autopsies can tell exactly when she died and they mustve figured because of her body temperature that she wouldnt have been killed on the 26th,
I think the house is gorgeous but I think the Ramseys did a better job with the interior decorating. If I had $2.3 million to buy the house, I would. I'm pretty sure most people's houses have horrible pasts, whether they know it or not. You just have to pick up and move on. I'm pretty sure, since JonBenet was such a compassionate, giving person and had so many fond memories in that house, that the love overwhelms the evil. I think she'd enjoy seeing a family in the house.
I mean, its beautiful, sooo pretty, especially the brick in the basement, and nothing against the people who live there now, but it would be so scary and heartbreaking to live in her house.
@8luvbug I don't think it should be demolished. I understand what you mean by a place where a little girl was killed. But to me it's a reminder of the horror that took place, and it's a place that makes us not forget about JonBenet.
Hey guys thank you for watching my videos and for those who have subscribed. I have just posted two new videos on the ransom not found in this house. The video is based on someones analysis on the ransom note. I'd like you guys to take a look at it if you're interested. Thank you!
@8luvbug The basement is from 1:18 to 1:27 the wine cellar is not shown here because it is believed that it is completely shut off by some sort of brick wall and no body has been in it since.
They are selling the house and the house has not been sold since June of 2006. There's no one living in the house at the moment and the Address of the house is no longer 755 15th street. And also I'd like you guys to subscribe because I'm posting more videos of the 911 call that patsy made and i have obtained more pictures of this house.
Why did they go in and reconstruct? If there was any evidence left now its totally gone..? and why reconstruct anyway? Nobody should be going in that house, why ruin something that is so important? A six year old girl who meant the world to everyone who met her, a girl sweeter then candy was murdered in that house and people go and reconstruct? It doesn't make sense to me
@honey67589 From what i understand is the ramseys never did go back to the house. They moved out of state. I think the house sat empty for quite some time before being purchased, then remodeled by the buyer. The way it was before was old looking
@pennylane36 So they did sell it? and someone bought it? I hope not to live in, because who would want to live in a house that holds such evil memories, Jonbenet died there i can't imagine anyone wanting to live there!
@honey67589 It's on the market right now. no they haven't sold it. It's on the market for 2.3 million dollars. the ramseys paid 500 thousand for it but sold it for 650 thousand about 2 years after the murder. they never did go back to the house. I think investors purchased the house then resold it, now the people who purchased it are trying to sell it.
woww! its so much bigger than it looks from the front and i would never live there way too scary! 1:03 why is the tv right there and this house looks crappy way too plain! 0:20 they need to cut their grass!!! and why did they close up the wine cellar? and also no point in having a giant house if your only gonna put two things in each room californians.

It's a beautiful house but I'd be TERRIFIED to walk around it, especially the basement, knowing that JonBenet was there and that her spirit was probably haunting the place. No matter how much renovation you do, it's always going to be a sad, sad place. RIP JBR.
@ObsessionJBCxO So true. I mean about the how sad it will still be no matter what. I think that Jonbenet has passed on though. It would of been good for reopening the case if it wasn't reconstructed. Reconstructing it is pretty much like saying "What happened here doesn't matter, were just going to atleast try to make it look nice so that it will cover everything up." It's horrible to even think about doing that. I'm pretty sure Jonbenet wouldn't like someone practically taking her house.
@honey67589 Reconstruction does not mean that at all. If a new family bought the house, they have every right to reconstruct it in a way they would like. Doesn't mean they don't care...it means that it's THEIR house now, not the Ramseys.
patsy had much better taste. house looks so cold and uninviting. patsy had warmth and beauty in her soul and her home reflected that with her floral touch. she had style and grace and it gleamed brightly. may patsy enjoy the warmth and beauty of paradise with jonbenet in the glory of God. xoxoxo
I don't care how much you remodel a house, I will NOT move in there if someone died in a tragic way. I live in Boulder, and im glad i am far as possible from this house not to be rude.
@KorbutFan I think the music is from the made for TV movie Perfect Murder/ Perfect Town. If It's not the movie music, it sounds very closely the same!
Oh that house look lovely. I bet it looks scary at night or haunted or something. I think the last part was sad how it shows her going down the stairs. It's like a reminder that this was her home. R.I.P JonBenet Patricia Ramsey
They changed the basement into a bar but they didnt touch the wine cellar where her body was found....i think they just closed it off by a door or something.
