Where did you get the percussion samples from VOPM? It sounds good, I want to remove the crappy drums, to the VOPM drums.

@nickson1001 ah no VOPM does not supply you with percussion. I made my own drumkit by ripping a bunch of drums from different games.

@nickson1001 Oh yes! Slicex is a great tool to rip sounds from.

@nickson1001 However you can make some Bass drums and crash noises and some nice bells if you know how to manipulate the program. I can't do that much but I do know how to add or remove distortion and noise....I guess there are some LFO properties that I can deal with but that is really about it. I am still studying it really.

@DaDude261 copy and paste this onto the search bar: "MixerProductions Free Sega Genesis/Mega Drive sounds giveaway". Mixer has included my sounds and the ones he uses on there. With VOPM included. I personally don't use the soundfont because I think its complete ass besides DAC and PSG. As for a tutorial. A lot of people have inquired about that and it seems I might have to make one because there is no tutorial on how to utilize VOPM on Youtube. So, we'll see.

All my old Sega Genesis remixes will be taken down when the album is done. So from here on, its all legit and no BS. Using VOPM only and not the crappy soundfont. (Thank god)

@tehb0ll0x Yes with my friend @TheLegendOfRenegade. We are collaborating to bring you the best SA1 and SA2 Sega Genesis Mixes we can possibly make. The mixes I made before were done with The Ultimate MegaDrive Soundfont which I have grown to hate. I now use VOPM for everything Genesis Related and so does he. Since he also had made SA Genesis mixes with the soundfont and now realized VOPM provided pure, authentic genesis sounds, we decided it was perfect timing to do this knowing our scenario.
