I noticed that sometimes Link teleports to the bottom floor if used on a platform. Hmmm.......but it seems to happen rarely.

my cpu lvl 9 did something wicked :o

he canceled the spinattack and emmediately does another spin attack, making him float abit and finally grabbing the edge.

i havent seen any video of it but the replay is on my wii... (its wicked i tell ya :o)

i do this out of bomb dashes at the edge, momentum carries you off if you just charge up b and push forward no jump necessary

i dont get it this is not use full why doing this is just use the Z-air for edge garding evryone is crazy they dont know how to play brawl or the ssb series and link was my main but in bawl link sucks this game have no skill is easy to play but still i play it because the only tornies are now brawl tornies longlife SSB

in most of the cases, if you time it wrong you'll make a spin attack at the edge of the stage (without falling) or an ascending spin attack off the ledge.. but yeah, sometimes it comes to the descending spin attack off the ledge...

any idea if this works with toon link too? i tried doing it (with adult link)...and couldn't get it, but if it works for toony, maybe i'll put my mind to trying to master it =D

yes, this can be performed with link, toon link and pit. There's an alternative method in my pit vid..

For me is easier when I put in control configuration the "L" to "jump". This will let you press 2 buttons at the same time without having to change your hands positions... And try holding holding the B as you want to fall out of the platform while you are charging it ^^..

Good video, watched it to the end, but seemed like the kind of thing you wouldn't instill in a metagame... just a sorta neat trick if you wanna throw someone off (like drop cancelling in Melee, the thing where you drop through a platform and instantly aerial, landing on the platform you fell from)

Yea, it's trippy. But some seemingly useless things like Sheik's running-off-the-edge teleport thing I use a lot and it's fun and intimidating. x3

You are open to think that it is useless, I don't care. It is a discovery and it was my duty to post it for anyone that would like to give it a try. Personally I think that the greater men in history are the ones who took something that all thought was useless and showed them it was not =)

PD: I think its funny to use in matches, yes funny, as I play just for fun and not for winning tournies
