@Callumx12 Infernape outspeeds Garchomp by a good 30 points, usually people switch in Infernapes as to scare the other trainer into switching out or dealing right off the bat close combat damage. IF you put up Infernape against someone who can basically kill it in one shot they won't be afraid to switch out. So ya it out speeds Garchomp but they don't invest all 252 points into it

Garchomp is still pretty good to use in the Uber tier. It can always bluff its set because of the many set it has. Because Garchomp rarely ever use Life Orb, the opponent has to guess whether if Garchomp is an SD Yache, SD Haban, SD Salac, CB, CS, or ChainChomp. If the opponent guessed wrong, it could turn out ugly for them. lol

Garchomp is beast, one of the best if not the best physical attack pokemon, and my personal favorite, but seriously this battle seemed rigged, most decent trainers have at least ONE pokemon that can counter a Garchomp since it is used a lot. Example:Gyrados with Ice Fang.

Well your nature and ev's will prove your Garchomp outstanding but I don't know how to tell iv's by the description of the pokemon. I reckon you find an IV Calculator on the internet and check the IV's. If the calculator says 31 IV's then yes it will reach 394 Attack by lvl 100.
