  • @ooUooUoo You progressively increase the number of repetitions just as you would progressively increase weight while bench pressing or squats. One week do 15 sets of 30,next week make it 15 sets of 40, and so on and so forth.

  • these are the same exercises in mark de lisle book Navy SEAL Breakthrough to Master Level Fitness, no surprise i guess considering he also was a SEAL

  • Not sure I fully understand your question, but if you ever drop below minimum (tests get harder as you progress, too), you are not likely to continue.
