  • Your vid is irritating cause of the background amp noise. You help but I get a headache after a couple mins. It's on all of your vids. You're a great teacher, I learned my bends from you and mastered this song (because of you) and a couple others. I really like your teaching syle, please put up a couple without the dag gum noise.

  • @bheadh Hi, thanks for the input. Yes I know my early videos where made a old computer and cheep web-cam. I'm sorry about that but at the time it was the best I could. If you look at them as being retro ;) My more recent videos should be better,or do you find the sound bad on them as well?

plan to teach it to someone else. Yes it's a very easy melody. Thats probably why it was one of the first my uncle taught me.

  • No it's not a nice little tune. It's about slavery. My uncle showed me how to play it in 1960 I was seven years old.

    Hear are some the lyrics.

    That nigger from Shiloh

Can pick a bale of cotton

    That nigger from Shiloh

Can pick a bale a day.

    Chorus

Me and my gal can pick...

for some it's a nice little tune.

    For me it's my heritage.
