One other point, still not disagreeing with you about all modern guys using. But, look at pictures of John Garan, who built his body before steroids were invented. Not only were they not widespread, they did not exist even in a test tube. He did not look like Ronnie Coleman, but if you compare him to guys from the 50s or even most guys from the 60s, he compares very favorably. BTW- I do mean John Garan, not John Grimek.
One thing I have to disagree with you about- you said zero deaths from steroids in the past 40 years. I don't know how many, but I know first hand: powerlifter Bill Cook, of Thomasville, NC was using oral dianabol. He died of acute liver dysfunction. Autopsy determined this was from steroid abuse. He was living in my house at the time, I found him dead one morning. I'm not disagreeing with any thing else you say here, but there have been deaths from steroids.
I never took steroids. But I guess it's like taking more protein. You take in 300 to 400 gr a day you'll be fine. You gonna take 10 times as much you won't make it to Christmas.
Same with steroids. The body produces about 50 to 75 ml gr per week. You gonna take about 150 per week, you'll be fine. Gonna take like 1000 to 1500 like the pro bodybuilders. There's gonna be serious side effects sooner or later.
Maaaan,, this is a factastic information that somebody should mention, because suddenly everybody in powerfling, bodybuilding and other sport are claimed to be drug free and all that bull crap....Great video man ! Very informative !!!

Now from your experience did you notice a big difference between deca and test when it comes to bone density increase? I was thinking if doing 200mg of deca and 200 test e.

Wow...Your insight is much appreciated. I watched a documentary "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" on Netflix and it was the first time I questioned the negative image of steroids. I think one aspect is the idea of "cheating". We tend to not view other attempts of gaining an edge (ie., supplements, caffeine, hypnosis even!) as cheating. I don't think I would take them. But if you have a medical condition and a prescription of some form of steriod is given, should you feel like a cheater? Thanks!

@edge7799 Lighten up! Listen to what I say, I said I do not advise it!! People are going to take it anyway. I don't think testosterone is all that bad and my Dr (cardiologist) told me the same thing. You're entitled to your opinion and so am I.
That's the way the world works. I'm hardly an addiict to anything other than just training. I can control it! Have for years and never abused it. Everyone responds different. Those who can't handle it shouldn't take it.

Very interesting discussion. What is so scary now is that people are taking steroids with NO medical supervision, in addition to not really knowing what they are getting.
