Good job, I'm looking at the MXT myself. Can you take it in the surf and get the coil wet ?

@jacklane61 Yes you can get the coil wet because its waterproof. But don't get the control box wet. Also you'll will need to lower the sensitivity on the wet sand because the MXT sometimes will give false signals. Hope it helps. Good hunting
