  • what speakers was he running?

  • is this amp all tube? how many watts? whats retail price/

  • Um, just go to splawnguitarsDOTcom

  • I used my friend's sony handycam for the vids. first time to ever use one. Didn't realize the input was clipping.

    Sorry for that.

Scott's amps sound phenominal in person!

  • this mic is not letting the sound come through clearly. it makes it sound a lot fizzier in real life. but yeah i love splawn. great sound. im going to invest in a nitro

  • Haha, That's my last name!! Sweet!!!!

  • The amp sitting on the cab is the new Super Comp. It wasn't plugged in or even on for that matter.

Scott was playing through the Quickrod Chassis that was upside down on his bench. It was getting a retube.

All videos with the Wet/Dry setup were recorded with the Quickrod.

  • NOT a QuickRod: that's a SUPER COMP.

  • I wish I had been there. Maybe next year. Nothing comes close to a Splawn.

  • He's running a Quickrod off to the side.

    Amp only on right cab.

Direct out into fx which are run stereo into a power amp into the left cab.

    Wet/Dry/Wet setup

  • You say he's using a different amp for the wet cab, what amp is that one?

    Thanks

  • He has a QSC power amp at the bottom of his rack that the FX are run into.

  • Which splawn head is this? Is it JUST the head?

  • the supercomp isn't plugged in for this video. notice no cord going into the input jack and the pilot light isn't on. it's the QR on the workbench.

  • ok thanks! :)

  • Looks like the new SuperComp not a QuickRod...
