Please tell me how many years in law enforcement & crime investigation Schultz had that qualified him to be the "head of Campus PD"?
We all know Schultz had ZERO years of law enforcement experience.
On page 7 of the Grand Jury Report Paterno testified that McQueary informed him Sandusky was "doing something of SEXUAL nature to a boy".
Schultz didn't need to investigate something that McQueary WITNESSED.

It then took 10 days to set up a "meeting" with Schultz to start to "investigate" what McQueary WITNESSED.
Not to mention the 1998 POLICE REPORT.
That NEVER happened and Paterno NEVER followed up again and went on with his life.
In 2007 Sandusky was seen at Paterno's CLOSED PRACTICE with a NEW VICTIM!
