Ah....this took me back quite a few years to my first days as a gamer. My little bro and I drank soda, kicked back, and beat the living daylights out of each other to this song (one of my favorite characters was C. Jack)...the look on his face when he learned Baseball Hero > Hadoken was priceless!

Cracker Jack is his code name. He's a badass, old school, naval Shadoloo thug enforcer with a baseball bat that just won't quit.

His name is an ironic epithet. Kinda like calling a big dude Tiny or a small dog Bruiser.

...It would have been cool if they expanded on his back story a bit.

And ruin stuff like this with Capcom's sound team's recent direction? It's good for original stuff, but techno/trance/dub-step remixes aren't always the answer.

Maybe a remaster to make the brass sound a bit less synthy, but otherwise it's nice as is.
