i agree with the below. He / She pins with alertness or focusing eyes, is just observing what's going on and is cleaning his beak off by biting your sweatshirt. Is it the biting of your shirt that caused you to wonder? My Eclectus loves to have fabric strips around and he cleans out his beak or dries it out that way too. I think it feels good to them.
PBird is sweet. :o) What about that interaction made you think aggression? There was eye pinning, but that's easily just a little excitement. (not that I'm an Amazon expert! don't get me wrong :o) )
