To get this easter egg, get to the elevator ( the main one when you continue the mission) then continue down the hall at the top to a monitor which will not say to activate it but when you press your activation key (X for xbox) go back to the main elevator but jump over the red rope then activate the other elevator then this... 0:03 will appear, sorry for the long message but try it
