Some people might accidentally say something racist without meaning to, for example, but the point is, I really don't think it should be considered offensive if it was unintentional.

Nobody get's the right to hurt feelings whether it's intentional or not, which is what VALKIR recognized and which is why s/he is commended for apologizing.
