I do Zumba classes I hav two left feet but it played a role in helping lose my baby weight...I may not now the steps all I gotta keep on doing is moving and sweat
Why do people knock on others for doin what they do...could you do it better? If thats the case how you ain't in front of a class showing people these moves yourself...you don't hav to be a professional to do Zumba...its something you do to make exercising fun...whether its just trying something new...its a fun way to burn off calories...learn a couple of dance moves...its not to be on dance video...ijs
How could any one like this intructor? she doens't know nohting about do the things in the music, look carefully to her foot. Fitness 101 failled for shore! It's really easy to see if the instructor had high instruction or not. Go college please.
