I've read the book seris "Fate of the Jedi" and turns out Tenel Ka and Jacen Solo have a daughter named Allana but her cover name is Amelia if u don't belive me then look it up and it will say they did!!!
Well since I read Legacy of the force I rediscovered this! And I love it...and I have to say that I totally support Jacen's turn to the dark side..sorry. I just am so damn fascinated by his character and I kind of thought he was boring before...but I don't want him to be dead! He should have lived to keep up the balance of the force like he did as a sith lord ;-) And Jacen's way to the dark side as so much more behind it than Anakins!

They so messed up Star Wars by making Jacen turn to the dark side. It should've been Jaina who turned to the dark side. Here are my reasons: 1: There are too many guy villians and Jaina should've filled in as the villian. 2: Jacen and Tenel Ka shouldve had a happier ending. 3. Star Wars Legacy of the Force novels would've been better with the two last reasons. Anyone who would like to agree or debate with me on these reasons respond. I'm open to other opinions.

Personally I think the plot needed a complete overhaul, it kind of cheaped out on Jaina's prophecy (Sword of the Jedi) and it was so similar to the Prequels it wasn't even funny. Though I still liked them and enjoyed them, I must say NJO was the best minus Anakin's death, that annoyed me more than anything but I digress. So yeah thats my thoughts, though I was really ticked they did that to Jacen!!

Jacen Solo and Tenel Ka's love story better and deeper than Anakin and Padme's. This song is the perfect for them! Even though Jacen gets killed, this slide show shows him when he was the sweet boy ...or man. He still was good because he saved the two girls he loved the most: Tenel Ka and Allana.
Jacen and Tenel Ka's story is certainly sadder. I kniw this sounds a little weird, but I just have a little feeling that maybe Jacen isn't really dead. Remember he went on a five year odyssey to explore the Force? Maybe he was somehow replaced by a clone and he was was just locked away somewhere somehow, and that one day he'll return. I don't know, I guess this is all just wishful thinking. I mean, so many characters have died in the past few years, give that a break, huh?
I hope the don't pull a retcon like that. It would waterdown the whole LotF series imo. Plus I doubt cloning could duplicate Jacen and Jaina's Force bond.

To be fair, he didn't give them much chance. He made them all enemies of the state, tryed to kill them all and did kill Mara. Jaina could have stopped to hear him out in the end, but, it would have been ill advised, so it's hard to blame her.
In the end Jacen accomplished exactly what he set out to do, in the model of Revan, He surrendered himself to the darkside to protect the galaxy, only more successfully. Although it may never be clear whether he knew how things would end or not.
