I live near this place. I have been to the gates multiple times, I only went over once though, there are armed guards and guard dogs. There are motion sensors around the property and it is very hard to even step foot on the property without being detected. The guards are pretty cool though and they will talk to you sometimes.

That's not a "Mormon" Thing. The ranch is about 30 miles away from my house and the stories branch from massacres to the Ute tribe where bodies of livestock were left in complete tatters. While I don't believe in Skin Walkers, the ranch its self is pretty creepy at night. The paranormal investegators who where doing work there vacated the property several years ago and since then it has become a pretty common thing for kids to go there to scare friends.

I live about 10 min away from the ranch. There's only stories about this place, and pictures of dead cows. Almost everyone I spoke with confessed to lieing about their "sightings."
