you haqve to close your nose with your hand and press air in when you do it over water you will recognize some pressure on your ears but underwater the pressure will disable . do it everytime you fell the pressure under water

get better at it and u can jsut pop ur jaw, which is alotta better than having to hold ur nose every so often

here in colorado, the terrain differes so often most of us just get good enough to pop our ears whenever we need, on command.....but it's a little different under water, haha

I notice he is going down very calmly and relaxed, ... Impressive he can descend that with a wetsuit and no weights... it cannot be a very buoyant wetsuit though.

hey joebad, what do you do so that your eardrums dont break from the pressure when you dive that deep? my ears really hurt when i go below 7 meters !

He seems to be a fairly deep freediver yet his using quite soft fins for that sort of depth. =P
