  • Can I do this as a warm-up before I do do your other workouts?

  • Love this workout, but added a twist. Replaced Bear Crawls with Inch worms, replaced the Alligator crawls with the backward crawl (seen in the Hill Running workout), and then replaced the Plank Marches with Spiderman Crawl with Push-up. Minute break, then do the one outlined in the video. Talking about kick you ass!!! Great workouts keep them coming.

  • Man, you're workouts are great, i do thix 3x a day right in the morning, so it burns straight fat, and then i eat breakfast (chicken breast, and protein) and 2 ww slices of bread and a tble spoon on peanut butter. And then i do your black friday work out 3x right after, Lets just say; i've lost 6 lbs body fat, and gained 1 lb of muscle in 3 days. 2 lbs a day is almost the best workout i have had, there was one where i was doing about 2.5 lbs for cutting, but; it was 100x more hurtful to me. :)

  • @RShelpable Grats on the weight loss but, doing cardio on an empty stomach doesn't burn straight fat, it burns straight muscle. The starving body finds muscle to be full of proteins and will vigorously destroy your muscle mass. Eat a light to medium protein breakfast and do cardio 45mins after.

  • as always another badass idea. gonna try it tomorrow morning the only reason it sucks is cause i live at houston and its like at 90 degrees F in the morning and noon its at 100F o well thats gonna make it better also good thing my back yards is aroun 200yds so i just do 100yds doing the horrible hundred and finish the other hundred yards running and do that like 4 times or so

  • Just did the Horrible Hundred and it was made more difficult with 80+ temps and high pollen counts outdoors. This was a grinder! At 50 I wish I'd been doing this type of training a long time ago. Circuit interval training gets the best results. Jeff's program gets it done....bottom line.

    This workout is great i can do 5 sets, instead of sprintings just body weights i strap on a perachute to make it more intense..... This workout is great to prepare me for my marathons

  • hey jeff this is great dude I did this in small back yard and it tired the CRAP outta me!! I love ur workouts because they look easy but really do as you say KICK UR ASS! This is kinda irrelavent but is it true that eating smaller meals every couple of hours will actually melt away body-fat?? thanks.

  • @XanderJane The point is that the workout is supposed to be an alternative to one's usual routine. "Routine is the enemy!" Not my quote...however I think it has validity. If you belong to a gym, you could try in an a studio that's not being used at the time. That's what I do, it reduces the self-conscious factor.

  • @XanderJane jogging everyday will take a lot longer to burn fat as its not that intense, and some days u may not have time to and this can be done in less than 5 minutes

    Good genetics, very low bodyfat.

  • @diiv2k8 incorporate your diet into your regiment. Less sugar or none at all. More veggies, fruits, and nuts (cashews, almonds. stay away from sweet nuts like pecans etc).Reduce or eliminate process foods. More cardio with bursts of high intensity and rests. 20 high / 19 sec low. Find JC's core work. videos. Skip rope. treadmill, keep active...crunches? not so much. High Intensity workout will work better than dong 1,000 crunches a day.

    Whilst these workouts are all great, without proper diet then they all mean nothing in the long run .....................

  • @terryholding2004 If you dont eat right you might not get the best results but it doesnt mean that it still isnt worth moving around a little. I mean, people got to start somewhere right? Kind of hard to just start training hard and changing your diet all at once, so it does not mean nothing in the long run. Just my two cents
