I read the lyrics. It's a sad song about an older woman who the lyric writer respectful admires. It seems to me that Juliette is either terminally ill, suicidal or very old. Either way, she knows she is going to die tomorrow so her and the lyric writer keep each other company and enjoy the mundane day very much.

It's sad that she's gonna die tomorrow but the song's tone is happy because it's about her last day and it's a great thing that the day was good.

That's what I think any way.
