no Ezio (spelling?) poisones the guard and not the target neither does the guard have a poisone blade and even if he poisones someone u don't fall down and die in a half second LOL

the spelling is how the name is written XD of course not english but italian...jesus i love to be italian in this case....but in the english version of the game the guard's italian is horrible XD

The graphics on this game could have been SO much better if it was a PS3-only-game.. Just look at Uncharted 2(play it) and you know what i mean.
