@legomybutt not to bad... the most expensive is the illustration board. The cheapest is the matte board... a very large piece at an art craft store is about $8. Pastel paper a large piece is about $7. For the sketch paper it varies in price. Thanks for watching.
I really need to learn how to use the right paper for colored pencils. I'm using Prismacolor, and I have a huge box full of them, but I'm always afraid to color them with colored pencils, because of their rough look. PLUS it takes too long. I want my drawings to look as smooth as possible. Any advice?
@BrandonNielsen87 Hey! Colored pencil can take longer then most mediums and its harder to express yourself like paint (If you've painted before) It's nothing like that. Pencil is something totally different, but don't get discouraged. Learn online, search for tutorials and watch my videos. Look at other artists work. And try to find if there is art classes in your area that teach anything pencil (It doesn't even have to be colored) For smoothness press harder or use turpenoid. GL and have fun!
