I did have alternate ending concept with the Earth being destroyed and the 'rebels' going back in time to fix it. Or something. I was caught between that and the more 'classic' ending, which is what I finally went for.

Man, I would not be surprised if you are actually George Lucas himself. This movie is every sci-fi fans wet dream! If there were a way to do it, I'd give you an Oscar for this. Many thanks for the Oscar, gorn9146. As for my other projects, I directed a short film last year. I will be posting the trailer shortly, spread the word. And I'm not GL, but if I was I'd make the prequels not suck... And so, we are re-writing the Star Wars Trilogy. Blasphemous, arrogant and tedious, I know. But GL has left me little choice. It might take 1 year or many more, but like Obi-Wan, we will fix all that's gone wrong and restore peace and order to the galaxy! P.S. I love George Lucas.

One of the funniest and greatest mixes of science fiction shows and films I've seen! My favorites...too many of them. Interesting replacements: Hot Dog replacing Wedge Antilles (Red Two), Apollo replacing Biggs Darklighter (Red Three), and Starbuck replacing Luke Skywalker (Red Five)--well Luke joined Han Solo in destroying the "main reactor" of the Borg ship! XD Anyway, great job!
