I've been a member of the Church of God of Prophecy since Jan. 5, 1975. If I remember right I got to go the General Assembly twice. First time was in 1980 and also in 1981. Durning Bro. M.A. Tomlinson's Annual Address in 1980 he made a quote I never forgot. He quoted "even though I am the General Overseer I still have to go by the same Advice to Members that you lay members do."
