I read that CRS puts 93% of their budget towards actually helping people (not administration or fundraising) - no other organization, not even UNICEF, the Red Cross, or Doctors Without Borders, reaches this level. Research it if you'd like; it's amazing, and I look forward to continuing to donate to this wonderful, responsible, effective charity.

Catholic Relief Services has been working for more than 50 years in some countries and what we have now is a host of recalcitrant partners who have programs only on paper and not on the field.
