Okay I'm good at bombchu hovers but almost every time I try to hover over the sun block the bombchus keep sticking to the ground and they dont explode immediately. WTF am I doing wrong?

the new route doesnt get the gilded sword so what 3 bottles wll you get?

we also skip goron mask

we get only two bottles

we visit pirate's fortress with 2 bottles the first time

the new route is completely, really completely different to the old one

that's the reason, why swordless TAS is now really interesting to watch, because the old route was pretty much the same as the one mukki used

You know that with Twinmold, you can attack the head with the arrows, right? I'm not sure if the head or tail have different health or something, but I think the best route maybe.

hm I'm not knowledgeable about MM but you already saved quite some time in the room at 2:35 compared to Mukki and your total time saved is "only" 15 seconds. I'm not sure if the boss key skip is worthwhile after all...

you're not really fimilar with the new route for MM

we won't get the gilded sword and have any deku sticks for gomess. that would make us loosing about 25 seconds at gomess compared to mukki, but with the boss key skip we'll save those 25 seconds!

and the time I saved by using the recoil flips in the updraft room was lost again because I had to collect 15 bombs over the run ;)

Grunz actually beat Mukki's temple time by :58. His Twinmold time was :35 slower (it should only have been :10 slower, :12 at most). Further, Mukki's level of optimization was higher than Grunz's. It seems clear to me the boss key skip is worth it.

did somebody test already, if woodfall boss key skip is faster?

I doubt it, because getting the rupees for the chus and buying them will force us to use another SoS, what makes it definately slower

We can Light Arrow something for an easy 50r (there's a guay flying around Ikana right where the warp puts us), and the remaining 30r shouldn't be too hard to come up with. But since that part of the run is fairly self-contained, SL can just test it.

Also, this...could use some work. You have a number of movement errors, and you completely blew Twinmold. Fire Arrows should only be used on Blue. Regular arrows should be used on Red, and you can shoot regular arrows much faster than you did.

Ideally, you should only have enough magic for 2-4 Fire Arrows. If you have too much, you can waste it by using the Zora Barrier while swimming.

when I've watched your TAS of it, I just thought: WTF, how fast can petrie should those normal arrows?

I wouldn't have been able to do it the way you did, so I decided to simply go on with fire arrows ;)
