I am building an SBR upper and thinking about giving these a try since they are less than 1/4 the price of the real thing. Sometimes I have found this sort of thing to be a great deal and other times a waste of money.

I bought a UTG A2 style match rear sight for my 16" M4 (AR) for about $22 and it works as well as the $70+ dollar ones the gun snobs use.

I've got the DarkEarth version of this one, and Magpul actually advises not to put them on the lower front rails since the hot gases might deform the plastic. But since you only use them for airsoft it doesnt really matter only that ur sights are off now.

Is it okay to put the front sight on the railed gas block you have cause it looks lower than the other rail.

it is lower that the top rail so you might not be able to sight in correctly because the front sight would be to low

for real steel firearms assecories that is a great deal. considering unairsoft oreiented iron sights sell for 120 bucks a piece. I got front and rear sights for only 90. id say thats a deal

for airsoft it is very expensive, but considering that the pts mbus sights have very little difference from the regular mbus sights, i basically got real steel sights for a very cheap price. if you see what im saying

It would be kinda cool to have one of these on a 10/22 ruger lol. With a tactical stock and stuff. It would be pretty cool.
