2k is trash. at least in nba jam, when i press shoot the player shoots. in 2k when you shoot there is 2 second lag; people miss "WIDE" open layups. 2k is not fun because it's broken. if Elite 11 has true 1 to 1 movement then 2k is dead. jordan or no jordan. 2k is dead.

A true simulation game would have all the aspects you mentioned. Backbreaker has some good qualities, but at the same time some huge holes that there is no excuse for having. Like the playbooks etc.

Also no game in existence today is really truly simulation, back breaker has come close in some aspects. But games like madden where you can stiff arm a 300 pound dude and outrun the fastest guys easily, are basically arcade games, with the appearance of simulation games.

It's ridiculous that people say that Backbreaker is similar to Blitz. The only thing that they have in common is that they are both unlicensed, that is where the comparisons begin and end. Great vid.

Hey smitty you covered a grip of points,,,GREAT VIDEO part 1 & 2 sim is how you play the game too,, no game will ever be as a real simulation of the live sports and gitches will be through out some games but it's what game companies do to correct them as much as possible. Great vid Smitty. Funny thing about your boy V. He never once spoke about the real time injuries or separate "tired" animations 2k8 had. Yet now he can speak on things not being in the game accounting for what it is.

So Maddens injuries being random and "hitch stepping" to show fatigue lend it to being sim?
