This movie sucks. Its got all the pieces for a great psychological thriller with absolutely NO follow through. Its like jacking off for 2 hours and right when you're about to pop your mom knocks on the door asking if you're ready for church. Then you have to sit with 200 other people staring at the virgin Mary with her plump breasts and a suckling baby Jesus...meanwhile you still have a massive unused erection, and you're pissed when its all over. Thanks mom, and thanks Paul Walker. You tit.

the hospital was doing some experiment to the ppl or something, and leonardo and his partner was the inspector or w.e, and they he found out that the place is fucked but his partner was part of it all along.
so to shut him up they make him believe that his a patient there, so that he doesnt go around and tell outsiders, that happens with the drugs in the cigarettes!
