It is out now (4 months later......). Because of the recession, Tokyopop has discontinued a lot of its series indefinately, so it is unclear when the next volumes of their manga will come out. I think 13 is supposed to be out kind of sort of relatively soon, but I can't remember. It also doesn't help that the author keeps going on hiatus.
