Out of all that you said in that video, it was questioning your beliefs that was the most important. Believing in something too much often leads to ignorance and closemindedeness. The whole truth thing I don't get. Maybe being true to your self, but the word itself is ambiguous...like "reality" or "love".

I don't believe that Truth is ambiguous, to the point that the Truth may be that it is indeed ambiguous. Subjective and objective truths are for the one(subjective) is based off of ones perception of something, which is constrained by many factors such as intelligence, understanding, knowledge etc. The other (objective) is also limited to our own relation to and concept of the specific object. For example, an objective truth is that the sun is mostly made of hydrogen and helium. cont...

But what is hydrogen and helium? We look closer and see that hydrogen (as well as everything else) is made up of atoms, which are made up of protons and electrons. Then we get into even smaller parts of quarks. Then there may be even smaller particles that we can't see. So, what REALLY is the sun made of?

The TRUTH knows, even if we don't, and most of the time even when we think we do.

Don't get me wrong, I know exactly what you are saying, as I've read my share on philosophy. It is also constrained by merely observing and even more so by naming and defining it. But us humans must do what we can, to understand, to get by as best we can. We do have very powerful physiological tools at our disposal, but they are not perfect or exact.

Does it matter if Truth is not a living thing that is self aware? It would be/still is the most powerful "thing" there is. An atom is not self aware (or is it?) but it is able to come together with other atoms to eventually make the organ which allows for our own self awareness. Truth may not be self aware but ours arises out of it.
