The gun is a Colt 928 Navy Model, essentially the same as a 1928A1 military model Thompson. The gun in the video was fired with a 1921 actuator, recoil spring and buffer pilot, increasing the rate of fire to about 900 rounds per minute from the 1928 model rate of fire of about 600-700 rounds per minute. It was fired in short to meduim length bursts to prolong the video.
To those arguing about firing in bursts vs. a full-auto dump: What's wrong with a little fun? Don't give me this BS about "tactics" & "proper weapon handling", OK? Stop trying to live out your "Red Dawn" fantasies, it's pathetic. Paper targets are probably the most dangerous thing you'll ever fire at. 100-round drums aren't very common, so if you get to use a weapon with one, have some fun & dump the bastard on full-auto. If you can afford an NFA article, you can afford the ammunition for it.

I wish i had a full auto. Short more than a couple grand. Idk how much it'll help, but the bmf activator works pretty nice with the 10/22s. It's not great, but if you have a bipod and a table, it works pretty decent. Not as good as full auto, but what are you gonna do?
