you don't need to saw RAW!!! on a lift that isn't even heavy... if someone actually uses a bench shirt to put up 275 then they just need to start over
@SmashMaster22 my bad it is a pretty heavy lift but you shouldn't be gettin into the bench shirt shit until your at like 500+ (which i'm not at and am also not extremely close to it) what are you at now? looks like this video is 8 months old
@JMoore4291 sadly I haven't done anything higher than 127kgs in the last 8 months, i have tried many times to get 130kgs and have failed lol so i have stopped doing 1 rep maxes often and do 3 - 5 reps often and even there not too good, best from 3 days ago was 3 sets of 3 reps at 115kgs and that was nearly failing each set lol

@JMoore4291 kgs to pounds is just x 2.2 ... example 127kg x 2.2 = 279lbs and 115kgs is 253lbs, yeah my diet is sufficient, high protein, high everything else too lol just last week ive added more food to my every meals to start gaining weight again
You are doing it wrong, your arms are to bent and your pushing your chest incorrectly, you need to learn the more appropriate way or you will seriously injure yourself kid.

@maxis986 In order from the middle, 20kgs, 20kgs, 10kg, 2.5kgs...=52.5kgs x 2 + bar (20kgs) = 125kgs / 275lbs
