Why had the CIA set up a base near Billy Meiers home & that they took their own photos of the beamships there at Meiers home. Do they do this for other claimed Contactees? No. Why would they tap Meiers phones, follow him & his group around? Why would the CIA continue by hiring private investigators to look into everything that they do & monitor him for years?
