cartridge is replaceable?
The pipes leading to the sink are probably too big. You don't need anything bigger than 12mm diameter.

A lot of times it is a cartridge issue. I had the same problem and I just contacted the manufacturer and they sent me one for free

I had similar problem with waterfall faucet but just today figured out how to get rid of this noise. Just don't open waterpipes' valves under the washbasin all over. It works! Faucet is nice quiet then.
