Recently I have immersed myself in the teachings of several of these most enlightened saints - introduced through the loving awareness/kindness of Baba Ram Das and Gangaji. My path with Yoganada, goes back much further. The immersive effect however is profound and transcendent. Namaste

@argonne0 Hi there. No, I've never heard that album(YES was a dynamite band- used to listen to "Starship Trooper" all the time!). I'll try to find that one & give it a listen. But Yogananda was such a special man- the more you read about him & his writings, the more your interest grows. I just feel that he was a "God-sent" being, sent to bring as much love and bliss to a hurting & confused world as he possiblly could. Thank God for his life and works!

there is a special place in heaven for this saintly man who lived a beautiful life. Even after he has "passed away" his message and vibrations continue to heal and help millions of people world wide of all denominations. I recently bought his extrodinary autobiography that has an amazing aura about it. when ever i feel down I put the book against my heart and automatically a peaceful wave of emotions flows from the book to me. God bless this beloved saint.

Paramhansa Yogananda never limited his own mission to SRF, not any more than Christ limited his work to what is known as the "Christian" church. He knew Davis' future, as well as Kriyananda's.

God's love is expressed freely and to all, through these and other great masters with or without any one orginization. Yogananda's movement has only just begun, and is much greater than SRF.
