Obertan has serious psychological issues in my opinion. i've never seen a player dribble passed opponents with such ease but i've never seen a professional footballer shoot as bad as this guy. either he lacks confidence inside the box or he is just unable to shoot. also he's really gangly looking and it doesn't look like there's any control to his game, completely off the cuff.

He does look very good player, from what I've seen of him. We can't moan that he doesn't have an end product yet, Ronaldo only developed that at 22ish and Nani's only just starting to get one.
I have faith that he, Tom Cleverly, Macheda and Welbeck and the rest will be very good for us in the future. Next stars.

valencia still hasnt shown his worth to us yet obertan has more skill and can beat defenders easier - against arsenal, and against chelsea in the community shield, not once did valencia beat the left back and create a chance

yeah man,i mean no offence to valencia,but he usually dare past his opponents at wigan,but at man united he just does a backpass mostly and run back and forth without threatening opponents more,i mean hes very fast and a good dribbler but doesnt show that more often,he needs to be abit more cocky like ronaldo on the pitch not off the pitch

Well he was kind of rejected because he so obviously wasnt Sir Alex's first choice partner for Rooney and was therefore reduced to the Carling cup,substitute appearences and sulking. Most of Cities signings have been rejects: Barry said he'd leave if Villa didnt get in CL, Santa Cruz said if a bigger club made a bid for him he wants to leave and put in a transfer request,Tevez cos Utd didnt rate him at £30m,Arsenal've been pissed with Ade for ages nd Toure isnt a reject he's just plain greedy
