He is dancing casino(cuban salsa) but it's not a rueda. A rueda(AKA rueda de casino) is composed of 2 or more couples with a caller so that all the couples do the same patterns simultaneously. 

What he is doing is called triples. I've seen a video by Henry Herrera teaching many beautiful triples turn patterns on youtube. look it up.
