Now either the difficulty settings for whatever rom was used was programed differently or this is set to easy mode. I fucking grew up with this game and one thing i can tell you for sure was that what you're seeing from the uploader is what you expected from the computer. You could barely get in a hit because the damn thing was so relentless ESPECIALLY bison, dear god that mofo was incredibly hard to beat in the most difficult setting.

As far as I'm concerned, it's still a great playthrough of the game, because he finds flaws in the computers AI and is very good at using punishing moves and combos to inflict the highest amount of damage as possible.

I don't know what game system you played this on, but I don't believe you had it on the hardest difficulty setting. If you did, you used a cheat code of some kind to get all perfects. I've played this game more than a hundred times on my system on the EASIEST setting, and it was STILL very difficult, sometimes almost IMPOSSIBLE! The computer reacts MUCH FASTER than the player, even on the easiest setting, especially on the bosses. You are either lying or cheating.

@smalltownman73 He's not cheating...if you watch this game has a very simple system to dominate...COMBOS. Notice that combo he repeats in every fight over and over again...it gets the opponent dizzy and then it's a breeze beside that.

pedantic people going on about a barrel. he perfected the bonus stage in question and the 2 other ones, perfected 24 rounds, only blocked in total 3 attacks through the entire thing and people piss and moan about a barrel. he lost no life bar check the vid. the description is accurate. still got 49 dislikes probably off people who get perfected by the cpu on 1 star. seriously give the guy some respect. sf2 was much tougher than sf4. not like he only sonic booms either some good combos too

The barrel hitting him did no damage, and actually made that level go faster; so it's as perfect as it can be. Plus all that matters is if the announcer says "Perfect" after every round, which he does.

The problem with these runs is not how much damage he does, but the defences of the enemies. There is no way Bison will let you come to him from a jump without doing anything. Same with Balrog... Zangief wouldn't let you grab him like that without grabbing you first. Sure the combos are good and all but if your enemies don't have the answers for them then what's the point? Try Street Fighter 2 Flash from maxgames.com, good difficulty.. See if you can do an all perfect there.

Nice strat on Bison! If you fancy doing a score run on Guile, around 1.5m is possible but requires intensive luck manipulation. Uppercut trades with Chun Li's bird kick for up to 7 double KO rounds, ditto backfist/uppercut with Blanka ball or cr. RH with electricity, draws v Honda using cr. jab/ st. short as a keepout to his handslap strings canceled into sonic as required to chip life bars to even. Would do a video but my ancient Athlon XP rig can't hack recording.
