I'm using the NTC 10K and the PT1000 on the fully functional Controller, I have some spare ones which I'll possibly want to use for a normal controller if I'm able to get one done...

I have built an improved solar water heating system for my fyp project, and acquired a fully functional Differential Controller for an independent demonstration. For an improved grade, designing my own controller would be a boost, thus I may need your help here since I suck at programming...

Well as far as the programming of the PIC microcontrollers goes, there is not much I can help you with. That is something that has to be learned. There is numerous languages that you can use to program PIC microcontrollers such as BASIC, C, PIC Basic, PIC Basic Pro..etc
