At 3:03, before his back-up officer is anywhere near the irate driver, he drew and threatened the driver with his taser. Do you think the officers should have reached in and pulled her from the vehicle? What if she had took off with the officer hanging out of the car? What if she had a knife or even a firearm? Officer safety is paramount and as far as I'm concerned, the officers did everything by the book. I've been tazed on numerous occasions and it's not painful in any way.
