Actually Deion ran a 4.29 officially at the combine but it was before it was electronically timed. Since electronic timing Clinton Portis ran a 4.29 and a small school guy ran a sub 4.3 last year -- that's the only two!
But I should say Barry Sander ran a 4.45 in cut off jean shorts and you knw they were tight if it was the 80's.

Okay you're probably right, Champ is a better cornerback in technique and skill, but Asante is a playmaker. Deion didn't have the greatest technique, that's partly why he had so many interceptions. Because he would allow his man to get semi-open and the quarterback would think he could hit his man, and because of Deion's speed and skill he was able to make up, and come up with the countless big plays.
