Im not sure if this coaster is going to be build, as mentioned - there is problems with the G-forces. But Ride Tek is an Italian rollercoaster producer, and they are building a new Energizer coaster in Tivoli Friheden in Denmark, so, who knows if this coaster will be the next Six Flags coaster?
Another thing you forgot to think about is heartline. Since each seat is higher up the hearline would change. Intamin AG sort of solved this prooblem anyway. They have thier "stadium seating" trains like on El Toro and Millennium Force. But the seats are only slightly raised making the hearline nearly identical. The design of a coaster would be a good one because you couldnt do what you wanted due to heartline issues.
The only 2 problems I see is that the G force difference in each seat, you would have to minimize the G force for the stand up section of the train... and the stand up section. the point of view will change because some are taller than others therefore one could still be staring into the back of the seat because the seat must adjust.
The front car on the ride must be really boring because of the stand up car on the back.
