Just curious, is it realy easier to take a fall moving backwards, rather than forwards? Either that, or I am doing something right when falling backwards, but not when I am falling forwards. I mean, comparing this with David Belle's 3 story (sp?) forward jump and roll, this roll looked rather slow, so I just thought that maybe more of the impact can be handled by the legs, going backwards.
