I may be going out on a limb here but there seems to be a noticeable pattern with the characters. What I surmised is that these characters are not a language but a means of calculating angles. They are in 3D representation. From what I can understand looking at the diagrams provided, it is a Program for the drones to calculate acquired data in all the video clips seen.

If I understand you correctly about the reverse shot of the drone being a mirror image of the symbols it would or could be because the same textures were used in both spots of the 3d model. The design of the pig seems to be duplicated. The image lighting looks very 3d with a really better than reality lighting model.

Hoax or not ? I don't know. But the artistic value of this whole story is incredible to m'y taste. It's the best hoax (if it's one) ever produced by know ! The pics (cg or not) are great and somehow credible. The shapes of the various crafts displayed, the glyphs on the crafts as well as the beautyfull "blueprints" provided by Isaac are artistic enought to make this story a real great one. At least a great perfomance ! Come on Isaac, we need more infos about this stuff...!

These drones to me resemble architectural tools measuring distances and angles around the planet. Obviously they use magnetic resonance to locate and view "static" imprints on the earth surface previously set. For each crop circle made legitimately, there is a static signature left behind. I may be going out on a limb here but there seems to be a noticeable pattern with the characters. What I surmised is that these characters are not a language but a means of calculating angles. They are in 3D representation. From what I can understand looking at the diagrams provided, it is a Program for the drones to calculate acquired data in all the video clips seen.

Isaac never once claimed the images of these craft were his or real. He just recognized letters or symbols which he had been working with for some time. As for the alien artifact, I shall not go into that except to say it is a special binary antenna of sorts. Sorry, there is yet no proof of a hoax on the part of Isaac.

A dedicated artist might spend a whole twenty minutes redrawing it to add their own details. Philly Experiment (P.E.)? I can give you the exact location of the USS Eldrige today. Its a tramp steamer (or something) in a foreign country. You can examine her yourself. P.E. was figment of a schizo USN squid who was on-board her back in WW2. She was nowhere near Philly on that date 2. P.E. was abt early RADAR stealth!

I've heard many stories about the P.E. The experiment was radar invisibility, they were trying to degauss it so that magnetic aquatic mines wouldn't be attracted to it. But what's true? Who knows. I think it's odd that after the experiment it was completely stripped down, rebuilt and sold. If it was just a run of the mill experiment why isn't the ship still being used here in the US where it was originally built? Something must have happened to the ship that made them decide it wasn't reusable.

EldritchHarbor99 - I have it on good authority that the Eldridge is STILL operational in a foriegn country as a rust bucket steamer or something. I don't think it was stripped down at least by 1990. You are abs correct as to what the REAL experiment was for. The OTHER stuff was from a sailor aboard the Eldridge who made up the whole thing as he was a schizophrenic. I can find his name if you want it. Its not a govt coverup. Its just consp theory junk science IMO.

Yeah they did strip it before they sold it becuase it was a battle ship. it had guns on it. they took all that stuff off, the guns, the radar equipment, all the modifications they did during the experiment all before they sold it. But yeah you're right about the this still existing. I knew that a long time.
By the way, I'm not sure if you were saying I'm spookysr or know them or what ever, but I don't know them. And this is my only account. Just to clear the record on that.

She spent Oct43 in Bermuda & NYC. She did visit Norfolk VA 1Nov43 (under her own power!). Carl Meredith Allen of Springdale, PA hoaxed the whole PE story.

TruthDoctor - All very easy for you to say. However, the truth is IMO that a sailor with severe schizophrenia made up the whole story. The Eldridge wasn't even in Philly on the day in question. It was in Long Island NY. The actual experiment was for degaussing ships for radar invisibility. Either you are a gullible wishful thinker or a disinformation agent... which is it?
BTW NASA and military have joint projects but are funded by different departments. NASA is not part of DoD Einstein...

the "mirroring" is an idiotic speculation, and doesnt prove anything about the image: it is in 3d.
comparing the "pipeline pig" to the artifact is again a useless comparison that doesnt confirm or deny its reality.

There was a video showing this was CG before your first video reporting this as a UFO. I can only assume that you don't actually investigate anything beyond the end of your nose. Linda Howes first reports of this predate the fakes by less than thirty days. End of story... Time to move on to the next case. In the mean time these things should be noted in any "reporting."

Mirrored Characters, not mirrored lighting reflections on each of the 'copied' sides.
If I was to fake the lighting reflection, how could I miss the details like BACKWARD GLYPHS?
I could have just erased the glyphs on one side of course. But no. So anyway. It is up to you what you think.

If they are talking about the left and right images supposedly being oposite sides on frame 02:23 then it is clear to me that it is one image rotated 180 degrees. No mirrors no flipping no editing. I wonder if it was ever actually stated by Mr Issac that these images where oposite sides of the machine. Looks like more analyzing of something that isn't even relivant.

Nazi top secret flight projects had the swastika to identify them but had this not been seen then they would be classed as UFO's, as would many others. If we consider that in this case it is likely that this would be one of ours the english glyphs is simply being over analyzed.

The comments on the recognisable english is irellivent. Remember Issac claims to have been involved in reverse engineering of one. This would mean that we most likely have our man made drones in operation. No reason why this would not be ours, infact it is suggested by issac to be possible. As for the Glyphs I do believe it was suggested that they serve as an actual function thus giving reason for there presents.

If I understand you correctly about the reverse shot of the drone being a mirror image of the symbols it would or could be because the same textures were used in both spots of the 3d model. The design of the pig seems to be duplicated. The image lighting looks very 3d with a really better than reality lighting model.
