@cscate male tigers often wander hundreds of kilometers form their birthplace to find their own territory while females try to carve out around their birthplace, so it is a good chance they tagged along and went out to seek their destiny.remember a males territory is overlapped with several females but for a male tiger there should not be other male in his territory.

It's likely that Lachime died of her wounds picked up in the fight with the invading male, they probably became infected and she would have been unable to hunt for herself. As for the two boys, let's hope their hunting skills improved! It's more than probable that one of them survived, if not both.

@Rmzizou unlikelions tigers have no bonds of siblings once they are on their own; the males and females seek out their own territories when theya re old enough hence being strangers to their own mothers next litter.

this documentary is stupid. The guys on the elephant frantiqly search for laksme n her clubs. If they did find them what would they do shit all like they do aything at all. They just ride elepants and annoy the fuck out of all the animials.

@NBertuzzi They protect the animals from poachers. They make sure these animals are safe and that there no signs of poachers. Think before you talk. You think they can't do anything about Lakshmi's cubs being killed? They can, but they leave it to nature and the nature tigers, if they interfere the tigers would not be as wild as they would be naturally.

@NBertuzzi #1 they are guardians of the tigers because even in protected parks the tigers are still very much at risk to pouchers. #2 if they did find them, its not theyre place to do ANYTHING at all. It would be wrong for them to interfere with nature. #3 If it wasnt for these guys on elephants, this stupid documentary as u so eloquently put it, wouldnt exsist. #4, stop being ignorant and try to show a little respect.

I have Tigter: Spy in the Jungle on Dvd and it is absolutely great, much more modern than this but follows the same pattern of a female rasiing her 4 cubs, instead of 3. However, there is no drama in that one, they all survive not like this. One day they should make a documentary about male tigers exclusively the male as we've seen a lot of females.

That was very touching, very glad they accepted her. Amazing, even among animas there is good and bad, she is a good nice tiger so was her father who died defending his family and you got the criminal tiger that wiped everybody out because of his power, wow so much like humans. Beautiful video

Awesome documentary but Ughh... what a stupid and dumb comment! They're both awesome animals. Don't bring in your retarded prejudices and defame these great creatures. This is not politics, so there's really no need to take sides and engage in some sort of a smear campaign. They're all great!

By the way, there's quite a few videos where lionesses have defended their cubs. Not that it matters anyway.
