this just happened to me about five minutes ago...fuck...well at least I beat the game, but now i cant get fairfax castle, or get the rammer. SHIT...glad to know someone else went through this too though. Thanks for confirming.

this didn't happen to me hope it doesn't but somehow I did the brightwood tower mission and beat it then after I beat I the game I had the mission again

IMF you idiots who don't listen nor read descriptions should just stay off the internet all together. I said the glitch was that an enemy fell through the ground, thus I can't kill him, thus Chesty won't go to the next area, thus I AM STUCK AND UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE QUEST......

if you have a top lvl spell and you charge it up fully where the enemy fell through the ground and cast it it should kill them, if there in range.

I do hav a top level spell, but i have no idea where the last hobbe fell through. I've jus been using fire everywhere, but that hasn't work for me.

try using a powerful spell even the enemys are above you or below you if you power it up or hold it enough it should kill it inside the circle because in the crucible I was under the bridge and used a spell killing the bandits above me so it might work ...maybe

Its not a glitch, itsa secret. this wasnt put in the game by mistake (as a glitch would've been) its all part of the quest, and the quest really isnt that hard, its just kinda long.

I'm not asking if it's a glitch, I already know it is. I've done the quest on a seperate saved game so I know how to do it.

The Hobbe FELL THROUGH the game world. Preventing me from killing it. It clipped through the ground and won't come back. That's the glitch. Without it coming back within the normal programmed area, I can't kill it and can't progress.

i have...my character was completly eeevil thruout the entire game.i had every hous and the rent was up to the last.i had a change of heart after the end of the game and decided to be good so i changed all my house rents to -20% and my corruption was stuck!just wouldnt budge...im very good but completley corrupt xD

thats kinda what happened to me, i tried so hard to be evil through the game, then once i completed the main storyline i wanted to be good, so i tried everythin from eatin celery and tofu to donating shit to homeless ppl and not one purity point lol, eventually i managed to buy every stall in bowerstone market and put the prices to -20% and im now fully pure XD but im neutral even tho i wana be good and i dunno how to be good :(

well what i did to get good was because i had like 5 million gold,i kept donating 5000 gold to the temple of light which gets you the max of 75 good points that you can get from the temple in one donation.after a while i got 90% good so then i started to work on my purity and thats when i found out it had frozen...it sucks so i started a new game and went the exact same way throught the game to see if it would freeze again and it didnt. i suppose i just got unlucky the first time ;)

i would donate to the temple of light if i could but nobodys there now, its abandoned, its not destroyed its just abandoned, i never chose the quest to save oakfield cos i never knew about it, and i never chose the quest to destroy oakfield as well

thats what happens if you ignore those two quests,temple of light gets abandoned. other than donating,you could rescue slaves,do bounty hunting missions or get married because i had 13 families XD and every time i came home i got 20 good points for going to see my family.then i move on to the next house to get more good points :) i also lost count of how many children i had :O

Ya in normal play I use it all the time and in this case I spammed every damage spell like a madman. Even had my friends try. Didn't help anything.

Hobbes have never fell through the ground for me, but experience points fall under the ground and they are hard to suck up.

i didnt get this glitch...but anything big i should knwo about the nightmare quest? the barn with the people stuck in cement was freaky and all i got was an emerald out of the chest!!!

Your english is fine :)

But the quest disables the ability to just teleport out. It disables most of the selections as a matter of fact. It makes you finish the quest before you can go anywhere or do anything else.

The glitch is that a hobbe fell through the ground. Since it fell through the ground, I can't kill it and can't go forward in this game.....
