i hope he carries on doing his slow songs because they sound so much better and some of his heavy stuff is too much, the screaming songs are awful they dont sound good at all, great band though english way, mono, unfamiliar ceiling and his acoustic version are all great, but no heavy metal crap!!!

Too be honest I like the softer ones too. I like the heavy songs, but I mean come on, you can't be listening to heavy music all the time. There's nothing better than to just relax after a heavy song. This music is needed.

Well yeah but like KoHaigun said, its very good music but you gotta love both, 75% towards to metal and 25% towards the soft. Its always been that way. Theres only a few soft songs on One Day Son but its the perfect amount

Well, Alternate Endings was just a Compilation album of Demo's and stuff.

And they're still are a few Heavy songs, there was a good equal amount of Heavy-Light songs on the albums. Apparently, by Charlies on words they just "Smashed the shit out of the guitars" on Damocles.

they recently announced that there will be heavy songs on their album (i think they heard about the speculation). so no worries there! english way is a great song, dont care what anyone says. Flotation therapy is great but wehat about mono?? its fightstars very own champagne supernova =P xx roll on album 3. look out for the song mercury summer, its gunna be the best !!

I think this song deserves more than the response it's getting. This is certainly al's best song, and possibly one of the best from the band. That's my opinion anyway. Beautiful

Yeah its just Amethyst is a bit iffy during the work up to the chorus. They should do more stuff like that. I like Wheres the money lebowski but the notes are all over the place. Colours bleed, at the start sounds a little like Biffy Clyro-Saturday Superhouse, which isn't much of a surprise because Charlie is a fan of them. I hope they dont go pop rock to be honest lol, after hearing this i realised how better Dans voice has gotten

I wouldn't say under-rated (although the chorus is awesome). Its just whether or not people choose to listen to it or not.. Fightstar are a superb and unique and unique band who appreciate their fans, so as long as we enjoy it, thats all they care about.
